How is it that the man who WON the election has bee intimidated enough to bow out of the runoff?
This is why so many African states are in deplorable conditions. Europeans cut up Africa, and now Africans like Mugabe are trying their darndest to keep people oppressed under unfair regimes.
Sigh.
